Rebate FAQ


Q: How can I send multiple rebates on the different products within one original receipt
A: You can mail in all the rebate forms along with the one original receipt in one envelope. Please be sure to write down all the rebate codes for each item next to the send to address: PCUSA CORP codexxxxx, xxxxx, xxxxx


Q. There are different address on different rebate forms, which one do I use to send everything in with one envelope?
A: Please use PO Box 1268, Walnut, CA 91788


Q: Can I redeem multiple rebates on the same product?
A: NO. all rebates are limited to ONE Household ADDRESS only. This means that only one family member per address may be able to purchase and be illegible for the rebate.


Q: Can I redeem multiple rebates on the different products?
A: YES. You can, and all other rules apply such as no more than one product per rebate.


Q: What do I need to send with my rebate form?
A: Qualifying rebate require the original receipt/ invoice, the original UPC code from the product box and the completed rebate form.


Q: Do the rebates expire?
A: Yes. The rebate form will expire 14 days after the invoice date on your invoice / packing list. Be sure to mail the completed rebate form before the deadline.


Q: How long will it take to receive my rebate?
A: Normal processing time is 14 weeks from the time you mail in your rebate.


Q: Do I send the original or a copy of my receipt (proof of purchase)?
A: Only original Invoice will be accepted.


Q: How can I check the rebate status?

Q: Can I resubmit the rebate if I forgot to include something the first time?
A: No. due to the heavy volume of rebates that we receive, we will only accept one entry

Q: Can I send the rebate by the e-mail or fax?
A: Submissions sent via fax or e-mail will not be accepted.


Q: Where is UPC code?
A: The UPC Code is on the outside of i-rocks or PCUSA product packaging .


Q: can I send the copy of the UPC Code?
A: No.


Q: Will PO Box without a corresponding street address be accepted?
A: PO Box that is not part of a physical location (address) will not be accepted. Example. PO BOX 123xxx, Los Angeles, CA 9XXXX will not be accepted.


Q: If the product is on back order, how can I calculate the post mark date?
A: The ship date on your original receipt will be used for rebate purposes.


Q: What to do if the current rebate form has expired?
A: Please notify the website and download updated rebate form from the website which you have purchased from.


Q: Which one is the original receipt?
A: You should mail the Original Invoice/Packing list that included along with your product package.
